How to make a return in a few simple steps?

1. You have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, i.e., your wish to return the purchased products.
2. You can send us information about your desire to return purchased products in any way you choose, for example:

   2. electronically to the address: shop@youngdeco.com
   3. by phone at: +48 531 749 401
   4. by filling out and sending the electronic form https://youngdeco.com/pages/odstapienie-od-umowy
3. Within 14 days of informing us about the return, send the returned goods at your own expense to the address: youngDECO Sp z o.o., ul. Odolańska 10, 02-560 Warsaw.
   Attach the return form to the package; you can, for example, fill out this one XXXX.
4. We will refund your money within 14 days from the date of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product from you or proof of its return.
